What We Actually Do

We identify practices that are already doing excellent work. We reach out to invite them to our pilot programme. We assess their online presence, collect verified reviews from their real customers, and list them in our directory with a badge that pet owners can trust.

We don't inspect facilities. We don't audit clinical procedures. We focus on what pet owners can already see when they search for a practice—and we verify that it's genuine.

How the Pilot Works

We identify promising practices

We analyse publicly available data—Google reviews, online presence, local reputation— to find practices that are already doing good work.

We invite them to the pilot

Selected practices receive a letter or email inviting them to participate. If you received one, your place is already reserved.

We collect verified reviews

We contact the practice's recent customers with a short, friendly message. Happy customers are invited to share their experience on Google.

We deliver results

Each practice receives a personalised video report, their verified reviews, and a listing in our directory with an appropriate badge.

Our Independence

FetchRated is editorially independent. We do not accept payment from practices in exchange for ratings, reviews, or favorable placement. Our assessments are conducted using standardized criteria by trained evaluators. Practices cannot influence their scores through advertising, sponsorship, or any commercial arrangement. This independence is fundamental to our credibility and to the trust pet owners place in our recommendations.
