  Arranged for embryo transfer for my recipient ewes and quoted a 60-70% success rate. We went to Malvern Centre - communication wasn't great, had to keep chasing them for dates and times. Booked us in for 6pm on the procedure day, they were running late with another client so we were waiting at least an hour. Procedure seemed rushed, wasn't explained to us and ewes were dropped off of trolleys onto hard floors which didn't seem right after they had just implanted the embryos. Come to lambing time, none of the embryo transfers had worked. 0% success rate. Lost a lot of money. Wouldn't recommend them.
