DO NOT TRUST THIS PRACTICE TO HANDLE YOUR INSURANCE CLAIMS PROFESIONALLY. I have been left to manage a bill of ยฃ600 which I put on my visa card, due to the notes added to my pet's file which I was not aware of and which my insurers will not pay out on because of. I have asked them to remove the notes which were inaccurate and not what I was advised by the vet at the time and they sent an email disregarding my request 1 minute before they closed for the holidays. I'm shocked and would not wish for anyone to be put in this position at any time of the year, let alone Christmas. Please note this is not regarding the care they have given to my pets - This is in regard to their Admin and if you are not insured by who they work with. PLEASE BE WARNED ๐
