Short review - fantastic and highly recommended. If you have a minute full review below: I was referred to Simon by my wonderful vet after expressing concerns we never quite seemed to be on top of my dog’s allergy management, with flare ups becoming more frequent and more difficult to address. We agreed the daily cocktail of drugs and potions wasn’t cutting it, and my poor girl was getting pretty miserable. First visit and Simon made both of us feel at ease and gave his full attention and plenty of time to understand how we came to be where we were. He was honest with me about the costs and chances of successful treatment etc., setting expectations and laying out a plan. (I do love a plan!) We’ve been on a journey to get to the bottom of the issues, along with allergy testing, immunotherapy, deep cleans, new potions and pills.. and all along the way we have been chipping away at the issues. We know we have a way to go, with her immunotherapy still under evaluation, but I’m delighted to say I feel confident we are on the right track - and importantly so does Simon. What does my dog think? Today she dragged me from the car park into the surgery because she knew where she was going and couldn’t wait. I think that says it all. As you can see she’s living her best life with beautiful skin and ears, not itching and back to looking her beautiful self. Every visit we are greeted like old friends and I feel trusted and heard. I am happy to entrust Cinder into their care when this is needed knowing they will look after her like their own. This truly is managed as a partnership, where I bring understanding / information about my dog and Simon brings the (extensive!) expertise. I cannot recommend him enough - if you are considering taking up a referral I urge you to do so. Cinder completely agrees with me (and she tells me he has the best treats..)

Simon was brilliant! He took the time to listen to us and look back through our dogs history. He arranged for tests to be done on the same day and we had the first load of results back on the next day. All results were exactly as Simon thought they would be. He worked out a plan that worked for us with follow up appointments and we quickly started seeing results. I would 100% recommend Simon to anyone that’s dog is suffering with skin problems.

A fantastic service! I had an hour long consultation with Simon after a referral for my cats ongoing skin issues - from the initial phone call to arrange an appointment I could tell Simon really cares for animals and their humans. The consultation itself was excellent, including a very thorough discussion of my cats history and fantastic in house testing right there and then which was explained clearly in detail. Simon was excellent with my nervous cat, ensuring he was comfortable throughout. A clear action plan was created and all options were explained clearly and thoughtfully with transparency and support around pricing. A brilliant experience, it was wonderful to see my cat in great hands and also learn lots myself! I feel very secure knowing Simon is reachable for further support as we work through our action plan of care for my cat ahead of a follow up consultation in a few weeks time! Can't reccomend enough, thank you very much!
