Recently took one of our cats for her annual vaccinations The appointment was at 10.15 am and we were kept waiting until 11am to be seen Our poor cat had to sit there in her carrier dying to go to the toilet No one came to tell us what was going on and why the delay The two receptionists just sat there like stuffed lemons and there was no customer service whatsoever When we were eventually seen the clinician apologised and we had to ask what the problem was an apparently we had not been checked in because of an angry customer Well I too am angry ànd very disappointed with this service !!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

We have brought our pets to this clinic for many years, but our most recent experience was very disappointing. We were given a treatment estimate of over $1,000, which seemed excessive. Because of this, we sought a second opinion from another trusted veterinary clinic. The second clinic confirmed that most of the recommended procedures were unnecessary. Based on this experience, it appears that this clinic may prioritize profit over the well-being of the animals in their care. Unfortunately, we will no longer be returning. We hope the clinic reevaluates its approach to treatment recommendations so future clients do not feel the same.

Unfortunately had my 13yr old cat put to sleep today they were really caring did it in the best way I've known by putting him under sedation then doing the injection so it was rather dignified for him and me n my partner for Oreo to go in his sleep thank you so much and thank you for giving us time with our little boy 😢🌈🐾💔🐱🫂
