This Veterinary are just out for your money.. their vets are inconsistent with their diagnosis from one vet to another, I'm no vet but it took 3 visits before they realized that our dog was suffering from inverted eye lashes and that was the first thing i told them to check.. however we were still charged for the 3 consultations.. their prices are criminal.. we were charged £750 so they could sedate our dog to extract a blood sample for a skin condition, we were charged £120 for some allergy tablets and then another £90 for consultation that £960.. THAT'S BEFORE WE EVEN GOT THE RESULT!! .. We had one vet saying a blood test really wont prove anything whilst another saying that a blood test would be the best course of action to find out what our dog might be having a allergic reaction to. We then contacted Ambivet and spoke with Rhianna about our concerns with such huge bill, who basically in a nut shell said 'it is what it is' and if the bill wasn't paid within the 2 weeks time scale they would forward the amount to a debt collection agency.. WOW!!! ..What great customer relationship this so called 'we have your pets best interest at heart' have... the only interest these people care about is how much they can extract from you.. Near same scenario with VETS4PETS with our neighbors dog who had to have their dog sedated so they could extract 3 teeth total bill with medication £410!!.. enough said!!

I've always had a good experience with this group. Sometimes I've felt that I've been judged because of how I look and have a staffie but when they realise he's a big softie they are lovely. This Normally happens with new staff. I've been taking my dogs to them for the past 10 years. The only real problem I've had is over 2020 when there wasn't a vet in store and having to travel when I don't drive and no taxi firm will take a staffie.
