I’ve been with Amical vets for many years and I’ve had some really good Advice from MR Jowly who’s now retired and the new vets are very nice too but the reason I changed this practice is under the new management they expect you to pay the full amount upfront even if you are fully ensured like me, in the past they always asked if the animal is insured then they took payment from the insurance, but not now they say they will claim it all back which I didn’t like I’m with pet plan and my new vets, bill pet plan over the £500 treatments which Amical do not.
