Keiran was absolutely fantastic. Sadly my mom had to have spike, her african grey best friend put to sleep. I can honestly say we couldn't have wished for a kinder, more compassionate person to help us through such a difficult time. We felt cared for, no rush and genuine emotion from all staff. Spikes condition was explained with empathy and consideration in a way we could make the best decision for his wellbeing. Thank you for making our heartbreak a little bit easier. Keiran, you will always be remembered with a warmth in that awful situation. Thank you, Kate, Sally & the rest of Spikes haven family xxxx

My baby parrot took his last flight to heaven, but the people from this centre did their best to alleviate his pain. The only time when I could see my baby boy as I knew him was after he got his medicine in his last days. Totally recommend their services as they were able to see me in 4 hours after calling. I really appreciate the level of empathy and compassion with which he was treated considering that many people see these birds as something insignificant. After a while, after I lost him, I received a very sweet and comforting card from them. Thank you so much for making my last boy’s days less painful. Forever grateful.
