About

Animal Tails Veterinary Practice is an independent small animal and exotics practice in Causewayhead, Stirling. It is the first employee-owned and operated veterinary practice in the United Kingdom.

The practice offers acupuncture, laser therapy, surgery, and emergency care, along with a pet health plan. Its employee-ownership model means clients see the same clinical team on each visit, supporting continuity of care. A large private car park at the rear of the surgery provides easy access.

An absolutely amazing vetinary practice. The vets and front-of-house team provide an outstanding level of service with professionalism and empathy for all animals. The care and thought that went into looking after my dog, Lola, could not have been better. I would heavily recommend this practice to everyone that wants their pets to have exceptional care.

Highly, highly, highly recommend animal tails! I have a 16 year old cat and we have moved around a lot the past 11 years, we’ve tried several vets in Stirling -and all over the world- and Animal Tails is genuinely the best we have ever been to. Everyone who works at the practice is incredibly kind and considerate and they go out of their way to keep pricing fair and affordable. My cat has a few health conditions so we find ourselves at the vet often, and every single visit has been perfect. Best vet in Stirling by far!

Earlier this summer we had to say goodbye to our lovely girl Ailsa, days before her 12th birthday. Thanks to everyone at Animal Tails for caring for Ailsa in her latter years. In particular, thank you to Shelley for her care and compassion for Ailsa and her empathy towards her parents at the end of Ailsa's life. We're so grateful for Ailsa's peaceful and dignified passing.
