I had a medical emergency with my boxer dog and seizures this evening I couldn't safely transport to the emergency vet on my own and was so grateful of the fast, caring and professional response. Calm and kind. Camera in the pet ambulance. Lots of additional services available. No hesitation to recommend.

Animals At Home Where do I even begin. There are not enough words of praise, thanks and gratitude to you all, when having to make the most heartbreaking decision to send my beloved girl over that rainbow bridge. From the very first call speaking to Mandy, and then Verity, vet Tina and then John bringing my girls ashes home. The time, care, love and compassion given at such a very difficult time by you all was truly very special. Thank you so much for making my girls final dream of being able to be in the comfort of her own home and surroundings it meant so much to us all. Thanks must also go to King's Hill for looking after my girl on her final journey.

Verity helped us immensely during our transition from Brazil to England with our dog, who was reactive to other dogs during leash walks. From the very first session, she clearly explained the reasons behind our dog’s behaviour and gave us practical guidance on how to act in stressful situations, helping us lead the walk in a calm and confident way so our dog wouldn’t feel anxious or reactive. Even by practising the training techniques on our own, away from walks and without Verity being present, we were already able to see real progress. We then had a some training sessions together, and today we even did a practical test where it was possible to see a remarkable improvement in our dog’s behaviour around other dogs. Verity is extremely patient and very clear in her explanations, which made the whole process much easier and more reassuring for us. We would definitely recommend her services to other dog owners who need some extra help with their dogs.
