Recently went there after our rabbit passed away and we decided to get her cremated once they got the payment they couldn’t wait to rush me out of the door, not heard anything back about the cremation nothing think it’s disgusting paying a service and not even getting any guidance or info to what’s to come in major regrets of going along with this service, women on reception didnt have a clue and to be honest a shame as I stated it was the first pet I’ve had a real connection with and lost not happy

If I could give 100 stars I would. I had to put my cat to sleep on Tuesday evening, along with my teenage daughter. Julie and Darcy were so incredibly sensitive, thorough and patient. They turned what could have been such a horrible experience into something so tender and kind, my daughter has suffered no trauma, only peace. I will never forget their kindness at every step. Please know that you are touching people deeply with the work that you do, and no doubt the animals. Dexter, our cat, was adopted by us as an old man and had had a traumatic life: you made his last moments kind and not lonely. Thank you so much again.

The most expensive vet in Cambridge! I foolishly trusted them for years until I realise quite how much they had been taking advantage of me when my animals were sick! 2 examples: the same surgery on a different dog who weighed less had nearly doubled in a year and upon researching the going rate it was over double the average price! And then they tried to charge me £700 for a simple euthanasia and cremation without getting the ashes! When I received this quote I called around and received a quote from Village vets I'm Histon for £250 and another one from Clarendon st vets in Cambridge for £130! Which just goes to show that all that extra money must be going straight in the owners greedy pockets! Absolutely disgusting manipulation of people's devoted care of their animals! Avoid at all costs unless you want to throw your money away! Also nothing about the service justifies the price! In fact one of the surgeries I paid well over the odds for resulted in my dog nearly dying from a simple procedure! Avoid these crooks at all costs!
