Didn’t have a great experience with my terminally ill dog and then my mother’s dog when he was poorly. Cancelled appointments, wrong doses of meds, lack of attentive care, different staff everytime. I moved on to another vet close by (Ashfield) and had a much better experience.

Yeah, it's not great. The registration and first appointment after registrations were poor. The communication was terrible, the vets consultation wasn't great and then the bill was extortionate. This however was all dealt with by the complaints team really well. I was told there was a prescription in placed for 6 months and to try them again. Picking up the prescription today, they had a week between me ordering and collecting, one medication was missing, the other medication was charged at £41 for something that is £12 online. Then there's no prescription in place for the other medication, which I was told was sorted, so we had to wait for the vet. What would have been about £50 at my last vets (which was considered expensive) was over £70. Communication and organisation is poor, the costs are silly and after years of poking and prodding this is the only vets I've ever seen my cat behave scared and stressed while attending. It gets 2 stars instead of 1 because the reception staff and people who handle the complaints are nice.

Fantastic service!! Thank you for looking after my fur baby during her spay. Lots of follow up appointments and advice given. Very reasonable pricing. 10/10 would highly recommend!
