  We had the pleasure of meeting the team at Arthurs when our little Greyhound unfortunately broke her leg. From our very first contact, we knew Bluebell would be in the best possible hands. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. They answered all of our many questions clearly and took the time to make sure we understood every option at each stage of her care, which was so reassuring during a stressful time. Professor Gareth did a fantastic job with Bluebell, and we are truly grateful for the care and expertise he showed. Knowing she was being looked after by such a dedicated and professional team gave us great peace of mind. In our opinion, while she was at Arthurs she was in the safest possible hands. We cannot thank the team enough and would highly recommend them for their amazing work, professionalism, and genuine kindness.

  Fantastic, faultless service at Arthur’s Specislist Vets. Advised to go by our local vets after our dog encountered problems after surgery. Gareth explained the procedure very clearly & was very up front regarding costs & broke everything down for should we choose not to fix everything- which of course we wanted to! He tried to keep costs down for us too. Every member of staff was super friendly & very caring towards our dog. I only wish we had known about Arthur’s in the first place! We hope not up need any further operations but if so, we will come back to Arthur’s regardless f the 1hr20 journey- it’s worth it!

  Betty my dachshund was referred to Arthur’s Veterinary Specialists with a leg problem. I cannot thank the team enough for the care you gave Betty for the last 6 months. From the moment we walked in Sarah was always there to greet us at reception with a smile. Communication from the whole team especially Professor Arthurs was exceptional. Betty has now been signed off and is now running around causing chaos again! Let’s hope she stays out of trouble!
