I wanted to leave a review to thank everyone at AvonVale Vets for taking such amazing care of my kitten, Simba, today. He was being neutered at just 4 months old and I was extremely anxious and quite visibly upset about leaving him. From the moment we arrived, the vet was so kind, patient and reassuring. She talked me through everything clearly, put my mind at ease, and made me feel completely confident that he was in the best hands. The procedure was done so quickly and I was called as soon as it was over, which meant so much to me. A really special touch was that she even took a photo of Simba in his little kennel with the T-shirt I’d given him for comfort and showed me — that alone meant the world. I genuinely couldn’t have wished for a better experience. The care, compassion and communication were second to none and I’m so grateful to everyone who looked after Simba today. I couldn’t fault the service at all — thank you so much. He’s so snoozy now!
