Always get great service at axe valley and no nonsense advice. The ability to book an appointment at several local practices no matter which one you call has helped me out more than once.

quickly got appointment, a short wait on arrival but very well explained. first time meeting this vet but took time to question dogs symptoms and explained options and treatments available. As advised dog was much better within an hour of treatment although advised that at her age treatment would now be for remainder of her life. Have used this and other site practices before and have found all their vets and staff extremely knowledgable, helpful and friendly.

Like it from 1st visit ( and it was hell For me it was 😂) As there’s nothing like A PANICKING & OVER REACTING STRESSING mum ( Me 🤦🏻‍♀️) and 2 kids (pugs).. run into reception OMG I had enough of myself after five minutes but no reception stuff them ladies are literally more patient people I’ve ever seen in my life and they listen we won’t like five minutes to see vets was absolutely amazing so you’re only good things I can say, kids loving it well that’s what matters now. If you live locally definitely the one I would recommend. staff
