Very happy that I was able to get an urgent appointment for my cat who was in a lot of pain, receptionist has a lovely caring attitude and was very knowledgable. My cats pain subsided very quickly after returning home and the medication is working well thanks to Jacob’s quick diagnosis that her pain was due to a dental issue.

We have been going to Barrow Hill for roughly 8 years. Only on one occasion, they didn’t have an appointment but booked us into Ashford to be seen instead. Every time we went, my lovely cat Nishka always had a thorough check up. I was always given plenty of information to make informed decisions and move forward with my cat’s health and wellbeing. Sadly, last week we had to put Nishka to sleep. Alison (the vet) was unbelievably kind and explained everything before hand. She made the whole experience calm and peaceful for my cat and me. Well charged us a.fortune for treatment on our.dog but then sent us.to.another vet. We.paid.them £2300 dog still no better. They rang this.morning.to.ask.for another £90 referral fee. Taking the.mick. so far 3.different vets £13k spent. Only.the.last vet.knew what he was.doing. just money grabbing. Bloody annoyed.to say the.least.
