About

Bath Veterinary Centre is an independent small animal practice in Bath, established in 1987 by Dr Roger Harrison. It has provided continuous veterinary care from its Julian Road premises, close to the city centre, for over three decades.

The practice offers surgery, behavioural consultations and emergency referrals. It remains independently owned and operated, positioning itself as a smaller, personally run alternative to the corporate-owned practices in the Bath area. Appointment-only consultations are standard.

A visit to Bath Veterinary Centre today was made so much less stressful for our dog and us because of the professional but very gentle, calm and caring manner of the practice's wonderful vet Lesley. Our Airedale really is at ease with her even though he is not the most cooperative client! Lesley is always very patient .Her careful observation gives us trust in her considered diagnosis / opinion which is much appreciated. Her genuine love for animals and concern for our pets well being is always evident and heartwarming.

This has been our vets for the past few years and owner and staff are always amazing and so caring. My wife has just taken our dog Jess in with an allergic reaction which the vet waited 30 minutes after closing to see her. Wow that is service thank you so much Mark & Mel xx

It was my first time visiting today with my cat and I am blown away. The reception team Joy and Luke were so lovely and kind. Lesley was an absolute joy. I've never felt so at ease in a vets before and she was absolutely gorgeous with my cat. Lesley was so helpful, sweet and extremely compassionate. Normally my cat hides for a good while after a vet visit but she came right on out of her carrier and flopped on the floor happily. The best vets ever and I know that my cat is in very very safe hands. You can tell they are passionate and truly care about what they do.
