It is now approaching six months since I arrived in Stourport on my boat with an obviously sick elderly Labrador. I took her to Bay Tree as the nearest vets, but what a choice. Over the next week she received the best care imaginable until it was obvious that she had run her final run. The attention we both received was remarkable, being telephoned daily to ask how she was if I hadn't phoned them. The girls at Bay Tree were so thorough and caring and never once did they ask if she was insured. At every stage they discuss fees and costs and we talked it through together. I am now back home in Staffordshire with a new Border Terrier pup and I so wish I could find a similar independent practice near here. Bay Tree Vets are stunning. Thank you so very much Amy, you made losing my best and closest friend, my family, all that bit easter.
