I recently visited Blaise Referral Hospital with my cat, Ollie, after being referred by my vet for further investigation. From the moment we arrived, everything felt professional yet genuinely friendly. The team immediately put my mind at ease. The communication was excellent throughout- clear, honest, and compassionate. I never felt rushed, and they really took the time to listen carefully to everything I had to say. Although Ollie’s condition remains idiopathic, we did receive some positive news, which was reassuring. Most importantly, I felt very well looked after as an owner, and I truly felt that my cat was in safe and caring hands. I’m very grateful for the support and care we received.

I cannot recommend Blaise enough. All staff treat us with respect and care from the moment I walk through the door. In sad circumstances we have to visit regularly as my cat has heart failure, but the staff make every visit a positive experience. The Cardiology team are fantastic, special mentions to Dr Xavier and Lauren who make my cat feel at home (I've never seen him so relaxed in a vetinary environment). The team love the animals and treat them with so much care. Every consultation is given time and patience, lots of opportunities for questions and rapid response to emails/calls with queries. The reception team are always so helpful and kind. The waiting area is clean, lovely and warm; consultation rooms the same. It really does make a difference to a hard time, I really hope the staff know how much of a difference they make. Thank you Blaise.
