  Can't get through on the phone lines. Every time I call it rings once and then I get an engaged tone. Can't register online as it doesn't work, and I can't get through to the main number as it hung up on me.

  I have one dog and one cat registered with blue cross and my dog has to visit monthly, the reception staff know his character and temperament and are always aware of his quirkiness. He sees different students monthly for a lifelong condition, they discuss any new treatments with myself and the vet on duty would confirm the plan. Overall the care they give is exceptional and I always try to give a bit back.

  Slight hiccups as I've requested 6 treatments but they're out of stock. Got 3 instead of 6. Still lovely staff, will always recommend this place. Both cat and dog.
