    Thank you so much for your care and attention during my recent visit with my cat Max. He's so anxious at the slightest thing. The nurse totally calmed him down, talking to him and giving him time until he was ready for his procedure. You really have the most caring staff.

    Amazing customer service was experienced today, as Kate the Vet went above and beyond our expectations to fit us in at short notice and was very reassuring and informative throughout the consultation. All the staff including the reception and the nurse were extremely professional, caring and empathetic to our needs. We had an excellent experience and we highly recommend this practice. Thank you for all your care and compassion today, it is very much appreciated.
