BEAT THIS. So my dog has a recurring ear problem visited yesterday and was charged a total of £167 £41.40 of which was for a ear swab(never paid this before) apparently all the staff in the past did not charge me correctly(lol ok) so when i asked if i could have a repeat presciption if she gets it again, yes certainly, but you have to have a consultation to check. So a £24.50 bottle of ear drops on the internet will cost me £66(consultation) £41.40(ear swab) and £29 for the presciption. The internet ear drops are exactly the same but instead of costing £24.50 it will cost me £160.90. This cant be legal. Update, when the so called manager rang me she had the cheek to suggest in so many words, that I could not afford a pedigree dog. I can afford it ok but,Truth is, i dont like being ripped off
