Terrible telephone manner and no concern for the animal. Just because the practice is about animals doesn’t mean the staff are animal lovers!

This is where you can go and rehome an abandoned animal and give therm a loving home. The staff and volunteers are working hard to keep this place running. This is a brilliant charity to donate to. I would love to work here.

Absolutely Amazing!! The staff are so kind and experienced! They were also brilliant with my daughter who suffers with extreme anxiety and made her feel welcome and calm when we went to visit our dog we adopted. The team who work there are truly amazing people and their work they do is amazing!
