Not only a review but also a massive thank you to Jacqui and Nikki for their understanding, thoughtful and caring approach when our dog Molly reached the end of her road at almost 16 years of age. A very special service delivered at home which meant so much as she hated visiting the vet and gave her a peaceful and calm end to her life. I can't recommend them highly enough. Outstanding.

I can't recommend Broughton Ryan highly enough. They are the vets I always dreamt of finding. My two dogs get so anxious in vet offices. Too many animals confined in one place. That one change would have been enough, but Broughton Ryan are even better than that. They love and show love to your pets. Surprisingly few vets have done this and I've lived in five different countries and regions prior to here. None of them treated my two dogs the way Ruth and her team do. They notice their personality and they enjoy treating them. My 8 year old Spanish rescue has acupuncture for hip dysplasia. So that no drugs are needed, no lameness and no pain. She runs and climbs like a mountain goat now. She is always wagging and I never thought she'd be able to have needles stay in her but they manage it. My Jack Russell has the implant and allergy check ups. He's a nervous but gentle pup and they make him feel loved, never afraid. They always fit us in, they come to your home and the van is fabulous, private and safe. I'm so grateful they were recommended to me when I first relocated here. Julie and Lisa in the office are so efficient booking us in and keeping us updated on timings. They all work very hard and take the stress out of it all. Huge thanks to them.
