The vet who put my cat to sleep today was brilliant and so comforting in reassuring us about our choice and how he was not suffering, would highly recommend him for the comfort in such a hard time

a year agoOriginally wrote a 5 star review now I’m of other Minds having to put my dog to sleep with you. Absolute joke! You gave me the wrong information on how to get my dog cremated and now she’s delayed by a week.. having to be held up in your storage because of your mess up!! That is my family member, HOW DARE YOU?! You have caused so much pain by delaying her. Do not go here at all unless you want more suffering along with putting your pet to sleep with them.

2 years agoAbsolutely useless. My cat sat dead in there freezer for 9 days without bothering to contact me! All his microchip info was up to date and none of the staff could give me an answer to why they never got in touch.
