We had a fantastic experience at the practice with Holly, the vet nurse, during Marvin’s routine check-up. Marvin is a very reactive and anxious dog, so vet visits can be difficult, but this appointment was genuinely positive from start to finish. Holly was calm, patient, and focused on keeping things low stress, taking time to engage with Marvin at his own pace and helping him feel safe and relaxed. We left with a happy, settled dog, which means a great deal to us. The receptionist was also incredibly welcoming and friendly, creating a calm atmosphere from the moment we arrived. One of the real benefits of the pet plan is being able to attend regular visits to help socialise Marvin and build positive associations, and experiences like this are making a real difference to his confidence.
