Second review . 5 stars Rachel vet. Just remembered at 3 am in morning of 27th I decided to type up a full update of Billie to assist vets. When I spoke to receptionists about this response was similar to modern day whatever. First recp. hung up on me OK had to see an appointment but never said that. I accept very busy but I was seconds to 1min 2 min of their time. It should be noted my appointment was delayed a bit not once did I knock on door as Billie lay on my lap clearly gravely ill. These receptionists need to learn listen to customer uninterrupted then talk Very poor thak goodness Racel thanku.
