Wouldn't take any animal here, both my rabbits died under their care I took them both in as emergencies (separate occasions) and they admitted to leaving the most recent one in a kennel on her own until they could get to her. Took my hamster in they gave her an injection but it went out the other side of her skin ๐ yet I was still charged for the drugs she didn't even receive. They suggested euthanasia for my rooster with bumblefoot I said no chance and got him antibiotics and treated it myself at home with ointment (he is fine now). Honestly I only stayed as it was local but I'd rather travel further for better care, the reception staff are lovely but sadly the practice is more interested in money than caring for the animals. The most recent animal our Guinea Pig the Vet couldn't figure out what was wrong with him so she gave him 2 injections of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory and gave me antibiotics to take away. I took him to another Vet the next day who done an ultrasound and found fluid on his lungs they gave him medication but said it may be to late and they were surprised my Vet hadn't picked up on this. He passed away 2 days later ๐ข Capon Tree charged almost ยฃ110 for the injection, 3ml of antibiotics and an emergency consultation. The second Vet charged ยฃ48 for a full bottle of Loxicom, medication for the fluid in his lungs, 2 injections, the consultation and an Ultrasound. Figure that out ๐
