Natalie Vincent
My name is Natalie and I found a lovely lost little dog in Verwood on the evening of New Year’s Day. I wrapped him up and we walked around the neighbourhood for an hour knocking on peoples doors and trying to reunite him with his family to no avail. We then came to this vet who scanned for a chip and managed to reach his owners. They promised to let me know the outcome and they are now saying they did indeed ring and leave a voicemail but the reality is they didn’t. The women I spoke to on the phone was pedantic and condescending and kept repeating “well it says on this piece of paper we rang you” and “the number must be wrong” when it wasn’t wrong at all. I don’t understand the purpose of the lie. Either don’t bother calling or call - but why lie about it? Why say you’ve called me and left a voicemail when technology can literally prove that simply did not occur. Truly bizzare. For me, integrity is so important and this vet has either demonstrated severe incompetency or lacking in basic integrity - either way it’s a massive no from me. I will never forget the gorgeous little soul that was that doggie during his great escape and I want his owners to know he was greatly loved during that time - his spirit name was Kevin. I’m thrilled he is back home where he belongs.
