  gone completely downhill in the last 2 years since Mary has retired.we have been customers for 30 years and have now took our animals elsewhere. 3 times now our animal had bloods taken, and we were given a written quote for this, including full price breakdown and details of what is being tested. We then come to collect the animal, and find Veronica Sweeney has ordered additional tests that were not needed without informing us. She then spends 15 minutes debating this every time, even though we have itemised bills and have checked with our bank every time. They have now lost another loyal customer. Please see their other reviews, many people have issues with Veronica. The only positive reviews are from when Mary still ran the business. What a shame

  After saving the life , feeding and worming a starving wild Calico cat for 6 wks she at last let me pick her up. 2 days later I asked this vet to test for chip and fat stomach and got accused of trying to keep it , it had been missing a long time . A most obnoxious little woman vet who probably took all the thanks for finding it. This is not about Mary Cheslin who was great .It is the new vet that took over I will never use again.

  Well Mary's vet practice has the right balance of care for your pet and consideration of the owner. It's no-frills on the decor but frankly you don't need glossy when it's vet medicine you're after, and as a result you're not going to pay over the odds! I've been taking different animals there for years, at both ends of life and everything in between, with every reason to be more than satisfied.
