  Took my kittens there too have their first check and vaccinations. Everybody was incredibly welcoming and kind. The kittens were seen by Chris Humes and he was very helpful and caring. The kittens did not complain at all!

  I recently reached the top of the waiting list and was eager to establish care for my nine pets at this practice. Due to a prior business trip, I contacted the clinic on 8th May 2025 to inquire about scheduling a consultation with the veterinarian before transferring all my animals. The receptionist informed me that such consultations were not typically offered but would check with the practice manager and get back to me. After waiting 24 hours without a response, I followed up on 9th May 2025. I reiterated my request for a brief consultation, expressing my willingness to pay the consultation fee to assess whether the veterinarian was a good fit for my pets' needs, particularly since one requires additional services. Once again, I was told that this was not a standard practice and that the veterinarian's schedule was too busy to accommodate such requests. I then asked, "If the vet doesn't have 15 minutes to meet with me, how can I be assured they will have adequate time for my pets?" The response was that the veterinarian would make time for my animals once they were registered. While I understand the challenges of a busy schedule, I believe that a brief meeting prior to registration could help ensure a good fit for both parties. This experience has left me questioning whether this practice aligns with my expectations for transparency and client engagement. As a responsible pet owner, I am committed to providing the best care for my animals. I hope this feedback encourages the practice to consider offering pre-registration consultations in the future to better serve prospective clients.
