reception staff always lovely and happy to help, nurses are the same however today was with a female vet and she was so attentive to Noah, kind gentle, answered concerns, explained well. it was booster day. She was talking to Noah all the time to make the process easier for him. Ive used other vets in the town previously but they dont come close to this practice

Severe Diagnostic Errors and Unnecessary Pressure for Euthanasia. I am writing this to warn other pet owners to be extremely cautious. My experience with this clinic has been deeply distressing due to what I believe was a major diagnostic oversight and premature pressure to end my dog's life. Diagnostic Failure: My dog was diagnosed here with "end-stage liver failure." However, after seeking further advice, it became clear that his blood protein levels were perfectly normal—something that is medically inconsistent with a failing liver. Because of this incorrect focus, we spent weeks on expensive "liver" diets and supplements while his actual underlying condition was ignored. Premature Euthanasia Pressure: I was told my dog would not survive the night and was pressured to euthanize him immediately. I refused. The very next morning, he woke up with a full appetite, a great mood, and wanted to play. Their "imminent death" prognosis was completely wrong, and if I had listened, I would have lost my best friend for no reason. Lack of Transparency: When I raised concerns about these contradictions and requested specific heart-support medications that are standard for his symptoms, the clinic refused to cooperate without demanding further expensive tests to cover their previous mistakes. They also refused to provide details on the specific qualifications of the attending vet when asked. If your pet has a complex condition, please get a second opinion. This clinic’s "tunnel vision" and fatalistic advice nearly cost my dog his life.
