Absolute worst vet in Inverness area I took my wee dog Brodie there for an ear infection spent hundreds of pounds for absolute 0 results for me to find something that works at pets at home DO NOT USE !!!

2 months agoI am trialing this practice because the one I have used in Inverness for 25 years is now a multi national and has turned into a cash cow. Conon is also handier for me and being independent I was hoping would be more cost effective. While I have no issues with the care & treatment given, I do have a serious issue with the wait times. I have been on time for all my appointments but have been kept waiting a minimum of 20 minutes each time. But this week I attended at 4pm booked pet pick up appointment but was not seen until around 4:45. It was not busy and I was alone in the waiting room for most of the time. This is totally un acceptable and I am seriously questioning whether I will continue using this practice because of this.
