A huge, heartfelt thank you to Sheri, who is genuinely one of those rare vets you instantly trust. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, but also very human and sweet — calm, patient, and so kind. She explains everything clearly, never rushes us, and makes what could have been many stressful situation feel totally manageable. With older pets, that reassurance and continuity of care is everything, and she’s been amazing with them.
The clinic itself is spotless and beautifully organised; you immediately feel you’re in safe, professional hands. The nurses are wonderful: gentle with the cats, reassuring with me (which honestly mattered just as much 😅), and clearly very skilled. And the reception team? Absolute angels. Friendly, efficient, and always helpful, especially when it comes to follow-ups and ongoing appointments.
Rolly and Piumina were treated with such care, patience, and respect, and that means the world to me. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else. If you’re in the area and want a vet practice that combines expertise with genuine compassion, especially for older pets who need ongoing care, this is the one. Very honest with pricing too, you always receive extremely accurate estimates in advance.
