    Was happy for years but unfortunately the service was significantly worse so we were forced to travel further for much improved care and overall experience.

    Thank you so much for the care Pablo took over me and Mickey when Mickey had to be put to sleep. He was so kind, gentle and understanding. He is the most compassionate vet I have ever dealt with.

    Absolutely awful experience again last night, sadly we had to return, it wasn't a choice we would have made after past experiences. Cannot fault Lucy the vet at all, she was warm, compassionate and professional. The reception staff however, one in particular and the practice manager really need to go on a customer relations course or two. The practice manager completely ignored us and the receptionist was less than welcoming and only got our pets name right on the third attempt once prompted by ourselves. I was asked by text message for a review which I sent. The practice manager called me not long after this went up and basically didn't seem to appreciate my honesty. I'm not sure how someone who cannot accept a few home truths can lead this practice forward in the future and bring it back from the brink of appalling customer care.
