    As always excellent care for my dog from Scott very professional and caring.Warm welcome from receptionist and the lovely vetinary nurse walked my dog in for me because it was very icy.

    Recently I posted a review about my cat losing weight and how the vet forgot to weigh her saying the weight she was last time was what she was still. I realise this was just the vet forgetting to weigh her and an innocent oversight on her part. I was very upset as my cat had lost just over 800g after the vet weighed her.My review was an over reaction on my part. After my cat, Ivy had blood tests the vet,Tanya spoke to me on the phone and couldn't have been more kind or informative.Apologies to Tanya and thank you for being so lovely to me about Ivy.
