A week ago we had to have our beloved little dog Tiggy put to sleep. She was 17 and had become very unwell. Rather than see her suffering we decided this was the kindest course to take. It was an unbelievably difficult decision to take but Hazel at Dragon vets explained everything to us in a kind and sympathetic way and reassured us we were taking the right decision for Tiggy. Hazel helped her over the rainbow bridge and she passed with dignity. Thank you Hazel you made it easier for us to cope with and thank you for your kind card.

I recently adopted a dog and I am so grateful to Dragon Vets for all the help they've given. Jane on reception is absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to help me sort out the admin regarding my pet's microchip, which held the wrong information. When I then returned a few days later for a consultation with my dog, it was so lovely to hear him greeted by his name and remembered by her. Hazel, our vet, is excellent too. Both times, she has been clear about anything discussed within the appointment and always involves you in your pet's care, by giving you all your options and discussing each one. She's friendly, patient and gentle with my dog, who is nervous of vet visits. The pet health club options available as well are great as they allow me to spread annual costs monthly. I can't recommend this practice enough and I would trust them with all my pets going forward.

Always friendly and helpful. Lots of treats, and spends time marking sure your pet is comfortable before continuing with the appointment.
