Drumragh Veterinary Centre

Drumragh Veterinary Centre is Omagh's only independent mixed animal veterinary practice, opened in January 2020 by local vets Sara McGrenaghan and Eamonn Harkin. The practice provides both small animal and farm animal services with twenty-four-hour emergency availability.

On the farm side, the practice covers TB testing, fertility scanning, herd health and emergency call-outs. The clinic has invested in an in-house Idexx laboratory for on-site blood analysis. As a locally owned independent practice, it operates outside the corporate veterinary groups.
