    The staff here are brilliant. I had to take my cat in for an operation. It was cold outside and they let us in early while they set up, so the cat didn't get cold. Every staff member I spoke to was warm and understanding. My cat is difficult at the best of times but she got the best of care, well explained aftercare, and is back to her usual self.
