Had an epileptic dog. Dog started showing signs of epilepsy (cluster seizures). In order to stop the seizures we was prescribed rescue medication aka cluster busters in doses which were repeatable after 10 minutes. My dog needed 8 tubes of his rescue medication in order to stop his cluster seizures. Was always sold 8 tubes a time as per his regular vets advice. 18th December was the day my dog had seizures. Rang the vets for a repeat prescription of his medication and any other time when his regular vet was there this was no issue. 18th December one vet would only sell me 1 dosage of this medication and not the required dosage he was given normally. Which this resulted in more seizures leaving me at a point where I had no choice but to have my dog PTS!! I will NEVER forgive this vet for putting me in this situation when I shouldn't of been in this situation. If only this vet would of rang my normal vet and asked if this was right or read my dogs file correctly. My dog is now in a box as ashes when he should be running around having fun. He would of been 2 on NYE and yet I had him back in a box for his birthday. If I could leave no stars i would. My dogs regular vet was lovely.
