My wife and I have been banned from Easter Ross Vets in invergordon because they have accused me of aggressive, intimidating, swearing and abusive to staff. My wife was notified of this four months after one of her cats went in for a minor op. that irritated the cat and the stitches ripped leaving an open wound. I had taken the cat back and asked them to correct the problem. I was civilised and polite but now we're banned. Work that one out? I have given them one star as I can't post this without giving them a rating.

Excellent treatment at this practice by both vets seen and the receptionist. There is no doubt they saved the life of our cat. I would strongly recommend to anyone
