I recently transferred my older dog after having numerous issues with a big chain practice in Biggleswade. I specifically chose to move here given it is a smaller independent run practice and have been more than impressed with the quality of care and advice given already and it’s not even been a month! I was given an honest opinion with a range of options and not pressured into choosing a more expensive course of action. I was even presented with options which had never been suggested before which will actually save some money. The slightly longer journey is completely worth it for this level of honest care and trust that I sadly didn’t experience at other practices.

I registered here last year as someone recommended it to me. We've never needed the vet before but I saw them for an urgent appointment last week as my dog had some facial swelling, she was seen the same day & she went in yesterday for some teeth to be removed. My dog is very anxious, everyone waa so patient with her, it took her a long time for the sedation medication to work as she kept fighting it & I stayed with her the whole time. Such a patient team thank you so much everyone.

Have been using these for the last couple of years. I can't fault them Reasonable prices and they actually care about the pet. They are not there to ring your wallet dry they just want your pet to get better. Won't go anywhere else
