  Hands down, the best vets there are. This is the only vets we’ve ever been to that genuinely cares about every animal that walks through their doors and always does everything possible to help. Our beautiful Misty recently crossed the rainbow bridge, and it absolutely broke our hearts. She grew up with me from the time I was a little girl, so losing her was incredibly hard. Coming home from work to find a card with her paw print inside meant more to us than words can express. It was such a thoughtful and touching gift. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Misty all these years and for showing so much compassion when we needed it most.

  Emerald vetinary surgery in Tumble in our opinion are the most Honest and compassionate vetinary service we have used. Brian and his team were Excellent our Late Dog Jac was an old dog and not in the best of health was blind and required daily insulin when we registered him at Emerald, (Our previous vets in Swansea were a lot more expensive and different staff every time we visited there) We were advised by other dog owners to register with Emerald vets and it was so heart warming how compassionate and caring Brian and the team were and honest about Jac in his final years.👍

  I have used Emerald for the past 13 years for my Cocker Spaniel. Always had a very good service from all the staff. Adam has been very helpful to us in the last few months of Molly's life. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable & caring Vet.
