Our elderly cat was badly hit by a car late on a Saturday, a week or so ago: we took him to the North Road surgery. There were anxious moments. The staff were superb: their professionalism, and care were first class. We returned on the Sunday morning and all relevant tests and scans has been done and results were clearly explained. Thankfully, our cat continues to become stronger. We are very grateful to this wonderful team. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic. Took my 10 year old lion head rabbit to here yesterday night with gut stasis. They spoke through everything and answered all my questions. This morning she is eating! I've never been so happy to see her eat (Grey and white). Thank you so much I am so thankful to the team!

Ive used this vets a couple of times once for an overnight hospital stay after surgery and one unfortunately when I had to say goodbye to my chihuahua who I had for almost 12 years. The member of staff who looked after him during the hospital stay was absolutely amazing, so caring and friendly. The more recent visit the staff allowed me as much time as I needed to say goodbye, again such caring and lovely staff. Thank you so much to everyone there I really really appreciate it.
