I cannot recommend this veterinary surgery highly enough. Steve and everyone on his team with whom we were in contact since registering there was kind, efficient and professional. When Blue's illness was diagnosed as terminal everything was very sympathetically and clearly explained. Steve and Amy came to the house and put him to sleep in his favourite place beside me on the settee. There was no rush, no hassle and best of all, Blue went off to sleep peacefully unaware . They were upset too and showed it in their kindness to me. When Blue's ashes came back and I collected him, the staff were kind, caring and took time to chat about him. They had taken a paw print from Blue and this was included in a really lovely card signed by them all, along with his ashes. Little things matter and make an enormous difference at difficult times. It has been so reassuring to have my last two beautiful pals cared for in a smaller practice where one sees the same vet, nurses and admin team on each visit.
