From the moment she arrived, she was calm, gentle, and so very kind — not only to Biba, but to us as well. She took the time to explain everything with such empathy, never rushing us, and she treated Biba with such dignity and tenderness. Although it was one of the hardest days of our lives, Pauline’s compassion made the experience peaceful and bearable. Instead of fear and distress, Biba’s last moments were filled with love, comfort, and calm. We will always be grateful for the way Pauline helped her pass so gently, and for the respect and care she showed us all. It was a gift we will never forget.”
