5 months agoI have been twice now at this vet surgery with my cat and each time had a great service. No waiting times and I am confident about the vets expertise. She was able to calm my cat very quickly and examined her thoroughly. Very friendly staff, good advice and does not feel like a rip off. Got a good course of treatment for my cat and very helpful advice.

5 months agoI took my very nervous Oriental Havana girl to see Angharad at Hall Green. She treated my baby with the utmost respect and care. I loved that I was listened to when I was asked questions about what was happening with my cat. Angharad was very helpful in a controlled way and managed a thorough examination by wrapping her in a towel assisted by a nurse (who was also lovely). I was as nervous as my cat - but there was nothing to actually worry about. I have been with the Fivelands Group for many years and would always highly recommend.
