This surgery has been great. One of my dogs has been seeing Amy C for her fear clinic and his progress has been incredible to the point he now goes in calmly, got vaccinated without being muzzled, even had his heart, teeth and lumps checked. They always clearly explain any costs.

We had the sad situation of having to have our 15 year old Jack Russell put to sleep. From the very start when we went to the vets to ask about the procedure and what happens after the receptionists couldn’t be more helpful. When the actual time came we rang the vets ( obviously very upset) and they had us in within 20 minutes . There was no rush and we could stay after for as long as we wanted to say our goodbyes. The vet was gentle, kind and compassionate and we couldn’t have asked for more . We can’t praise them enough . Thank you Forrest House Vets for everything you did .

I phoned this vet while on holiday in the area and was given an appointment within the hour. They were so professional and really took the time to listen to me — I never felt like I was wasting their time. The vet carried out a full examination of my cavapoo, explained what he thought the problem was, and clearly went through the next steps, why they were needed, and the risks. He also showed me a simple way to get my cavapoo to take his tablet, which has always been a struggle. It worked straight away at the practice, and I’ve been using the same technique at home for the next tablets — it’s working perfectly. Brilliant service, very caring, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
