Our Shar Pei, Pablo, began rehabilitation as a prerequisite to his knee surgery and completed around four sessions alongside starting Yumove, which the practice supplies. Throughout this time, Pablo became noticeably more confident, happier, and far better prepared for his operation. The practice itself is so calm and welcoming, and the staff are outstanding. Rehabilitation is clearly a complex area, but the team take the time to explain everything clearly — from the issues affecting your dog, to the work they’ve done, any exercises or ‘homework’ for you both, and what to expect at future sessions. Everything is communicated in a simple, easy-to-follow way without losing the important details. As a breed, Shar Peis can be quite reserved and cautious, but the team were so patient with Pablo, earning his trust and becoming genuine friends to him. In fact, he now wags his tail and tries to drag us inside the practice as soon as we park — he truly loves it there. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. I’m already looking forward to Pablo returning once his wounds have healed and he’s ready to start exercise again. It’s truly worth every penny, and it’s clear that the pets’ wellbeing always comes first.
