Very friendly staff and my dog is always put at ease whenever he visits with a treat or 2. The vet is very informative and helpful for any issues or concerns I have.

We’ve used Gilmoor Vets for over 13 years. Heidi is 16 month & been coming since she was a puppy, whats really nice to see is how comfortable she is coming into & while she’s in the vets, she’s at ease & it’s so nice, rather than hvn to force them in. I hv to say Heidi (& our last dog George) hv always been treat so well & made to feel so welcome. Heidi is always v happy coming to the vets, the receptionists are always lovely & make a fuss of her & also really nice with my daughter who often brings Heidi on her own. Joanne has been so helpful to make both my daughter & Heidi feel comfortable coming to the vets & makes their experience a positive one. The nurses hv always been great, they trim Heidi’s nails regularly & are always so nice with her, which I think has helped & coming regularly has made Heidi feel at ease. The last visit was to see a vet on Fri 17th & was for her annual vaccine & a nail trim. My daughter came home & commented how good the vet was, who seen Heidi, she said he was excellent & made a nice fuss of her & just had such a nice way with her. My daughter also said the way he trimmed her nails was good as he made Heidi so relaxed & she didn’t feel the injection at all. We’d definitely be happy to see that vet again, (sorry I don’t know his name ) but I’d like to pass on a thank you to him as vets like this really make a difference to your dogs experience & how they are when coming to the vet. He was great. I hv nothing but praise for everyone I’ve dealt with at the practice. A big thanks to Joanne for all of her help. Heidi certainly feels at home! 🤣🐾

I have now been waiting 2 full months for a response from Gilmoor regarding their inaccurate record keeping. I have raised a complaint and explained my issue several times, only to be promised a call back. Well done Gilmoor.
